Train (Maybe) For The Olympics: Using Government Resources To Learn About Appropriate Exercise (Federal Depository Library Program)

The webinar will cover information from kindergarten to academic research level on the topics of exercise and physical training. It will address the needs of senior citizens and those who speak other languages. The Government offers a surprising amount of information from agencies such as the CDC and the NIA (National Institute on Aging). Information from databases such as PubMed and MetaLib will also be presented.
