Tech Chat with Lo Smith 2pm to 3pm

Join Lo Smith, Digital Equity Coordinator of the Enoch Pratt Free Library for a special, Virtual Tech Sandbox Tech Chat! Bring your questions, and fears on virtual programming coordinating and presenting, your questions about Zoom, best practices for recording programs (I always recommend presenting to a cat or stuffed animal), or whatever else you may need in support for your virtual programs and new digital life.
A little more about Lo Smith – “Much of what I do/chat about is addressing the intersection of emotional and technology when it comes to digital things. My previous topics for Enoch Pratt Tech Chats have been: Staying Connect During COVID-19, Media Mentorship for Birth-5, Giving Tech as a Gift, etc.”

For special accommodations, please contact Nini Beegan, as soon as possible and no later than one week prior to your session.
There are no plans to record these sessions since they will be live, fluid, and experiential although if we do, the recording will be shared with those who register.
SEEKING – People who can share their experience with the virtual tools that they are learning about (or how to apply them) to help us learn too so that we can all provide public programs and collaborate with each other. Contact: Nini Beegan,

This project supported in part by the Institute of Museum and Library Services, through the Library Services and Technology Act, administered by the Maryland State Library.
