Come learn strategies for providing good customer service to those with mental health issues (both external and internal customers)! Topics covered will include modeling good interactions, and strategies for improving patrons' library experience, particularly in the areas of communication and behavior. We will discuss sample scenarios and how to handle them. You will also learn
about resources for further information and organizations in your community that can help your patrons. Presented by Erin Kelly of SLRC. This is a free training, but
