Work-Relationship Savvy: Prevent Tension and Pave the Way for Productive Relationships with Co-Workers and Customers

This workshop is presented by Lauren Burnett of the Center for Inner Quality. At this workshop, participants will:

* Discover the strengths and challenges of your style and the positive and negative perceptions others may have so you "sharpen your savvy"
* Identify specific behaviors so you can gain greater cooperation and harmony with others
* Examine and apply verbal communication techniques to build rapport and navigate challenging customer situations
* Send the right message through positive body language so that "customers" see you as more approachable
* Learn how to read the body language of a customer so that you can anticipate their needs
* Sharpen phone etiquette and call management techniques so you enhance call-in effectiveness
