Virtual Conference - Libraries as Community Catalysts

The Division of Library Development & Services (DLDS) has partnered with the state libraries in Georgia, Colorado, and Iowa to offer the first-ever multi-state library virtual conference on Wednesday, August 16, 11am to 5pm on the topic of Libraries as Community Catalysts. We will explore how libraries are working in their communities to bring about positive change around a shared vision or goal.

Topics include:
Libraries for Peace and Social Justice; Collective Impact; Ritual and the Future of Libraries; Technologies as Community Builders; Working with Refugees, Seniors, Community Food Programs and more.
