Conflict Management (Afternoon Session)

Conflict occurs when interdependent people perceive their goals as being incompatible. In this training we will identify where conflict comes from and how internal communication can help manage external conflicts. We will also identify conflict management styles and outcomes. Empathetic listening, awareness of nonverbal cues, and maintaining personal control will also be discussed. Conflict can yield positive, productive results.
