Virtual Tech Sandbox Series -Learn to use Kapwing, the Swiss Army Knife of Video-Editing software
3:30 pm to 4:30pm is a free online set of tools for combining video clips, still images, sound, and text into integrated video productions. The creators of this software wanted to craft an intuitive user interface so that non-specialists in the field - like librarians - could make great-looking videos. In this session, Jay Trovato from Washington County Free Library will show you how to use some of the features of Kapwing so that you can create your own videos to serve your patrons.
For special accommodations, please contact Nini Beegan, as soon as possible and no later than one week prior to your session.
These sessions are live, fluid, and experiential, so it is best to join the live session. As possible, we will share recordings here -
SEEKING People who can share their experience with the virtual tools that they are learning about (or how to apply them) to help us learn too so that we can all provide public programs and collaborate with each other. There is no need to be an expert just share what you know. Contact: Nini Beegan,
