PLA Online Learning
Public Library Association (PLA) offers a variety of online learning opportunities that are reasonably priced, including very low priced on-demand webinars. Additionally, PLA offers (free) FaceBook Forums where FaceBook users can discuss a topic with an expert and other users. 

Project ENABLE
Developed by the Center for Digital Literacy at the School of Information Studies, Syracuse University, this site provides free comprehensive online training to librarians nationwide on library and information services for people with disabilities.  Learners may earn a certificate for completion of all modules and assessments worth 20 contact hours. Free.

TED Talks

YALSA Online Courses
Young Adult Library Service Association (YALSA) provides online continuing education classes to enhance the skills of young adult librarians and teen librarians.  All of YALSA's courses are equivalent to a 1.5-day face-to-face workshop (10 contact hours).  A certificate of completion is issued for each course taken.
